JCS was established in Tokyo, Japan, in Sept., 1971, and opened Osaka Branch Office in May, 1975.
Thence at the time of opening of New Tokyo International Airport in May, 1978, Narita Branch Office commenced our services, and in
March of 1991, Yokohama Office was opened.
Our service cover all kind of arrangements for crewchange as sub-agents for local port agents or ship's owners/managers.

All ship's crewmembers will be attended by our staffmembers in the areas where our offices are located, and in the other areas, we will
arrange through our nation-wide network agents throughout Japan.

For more than 50 years, JCS has been acting
as the most reliable & efficient organization in the crew-handling business in Japan.

Japan is a safe and clean country with superb domestic train system, therefore a very smooth crewchange can be arranged at any port
from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
